

reality checks :
- Count fingers • regularly count your fingers. Do you have 5 fingers? If not then you are dreaming!
- Hold your nose • hold your nose and try to breathe, can you breathe? If so you are dreaming!
- Put your finger through your hand • does your finger go through your hand? Then you are dreaming!
- Check the time • check the time then look away, now look back did the time change? If so you are dreaming!
- Etc
do these regularly and you will start doing it in your dreams. Once you realize you’re dreaming manifest whatever you want (place, person, item, etc) behind you.
methods :
- F.I.L.D (Finger induce lucid dreaming) • go to sleep and have an alarm wake you up 4-5 hours later. Once you wake up don’t move but move your fingers on a surface as if you’re playing the piano. Do this for 30 seconds then do a reality check even if you don’t think you’re dreaming.
- M.I.L.D (Mnemonic Induced lucid dreaming) • say affirmations until you feel like you’re about to sleep, now visualize a recent dream you’ve had with a lot of detail continue this until you fall asleep.
